Tim Davis

Tim Davis, a prominent power broker and year-round resident of the Hamptons, has an impressive 46-year career in real estate. He specializes in listing and selling some of the most prestigious properties on the East End. Together with his wife, Susan, he raised their three sons in Southampton and has actively served on various institutional boards, including The Parrish Art Museum. Tim and Susan are dedicated philanthropists, having contributed over a million dollars to support local charities and various foundations.

In his professional life, Tim is recognized as an expert in the market, consistently ranking among the most sought-after top brokers in the Hamptons. He is also listed among the Top 25 Agents in Volume in the United States, New York, and The Hamptons according to the Wall Street Journal. Throughout his exemplary career, Tim has successfully negotiated over $5.8 billion in sales, encompassing luxury estate homes, oceanfront properties, village cottages, and bay-front retreats. Throughout his career, he has brokered numerous high-end sales on the East End at record-breaking prices, including oceanfront homes on Further Lane in East Hampton and in Southampton, as well as iconic interior estate homes throughout the region.

Before his time with Corcoran, Tim was a principal at Allan Schneider Associates, a leading boutique real estate brokerage in the Hamptons. Under his leadership, the company expanded to 12 offices, 25 employees, and 350 agents before being sold to NRT/Realogy, the parent company of The Corcoran Group, in August 2006.
